Rosario is expecting a baby. In recent months she has stayed mostly indoors, carrying the weight of uncertainty after her husband was deported. She is also the mother of a small daughter who depends on her for everything. The days can feel long and quiet—worry mixing with the ordinary tasks of motherhood and the preparations for a newborn.

When we visited, Rosario was joyful to receive tiny clothes for the baby to come. That simple image says so much: love, responsibility, and a quiet strength that keeps moving forward even when life feels fragile.
Through the St. Francis Hands Foundation—and the generosity of our community—we are accompanying Rosario with baby clothes and other essentials to help stabilize the home. Our goal is simple: lessen today’s burdens so she can welcome her child with dignity and peace, and continue caring for her daughter with confidence.
Your support helps mothers like Rosario bridge a difficult season with practical help and hope.
